Large lobulated soft tissue *** extending from the uterus up to the sub-hepatic region, , the *** is composed form multiple masses with heterogeneous enhancement, no associated LAP, no pelvic colection or ascites, no evidence of local organ invasion. Picture of large multiple uterine fibroid, malignant changes cannot be excluded. CE-MRI is more sensitive for assessment.

Does it mean cancer?

No, it indicates you have a fibrous mass, but the CT results can not yet exclude the possibility of cancer. Suggests an MRI as a follow up.

You have a large fibroid. I've never heard of them being cancerous, but anything's possible I suppose..CE...contract enhanced..

You have uterine fibroids. They are going to need a closer look to be sure it isn't malignant.
