Having a test doesn’t mean anything. This isn't even a diagnostic test.

Imalshi,

The TAH – BSO stands for total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) an operation to remove the womb (uterus) with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy (BSO). BSO is a surgery in which both a woman's ovaries are removed, along with the fallopian tubes. This surgery is used primarily to treat gynecological cancers such as ovarian, fallopian, and uterine cancer, although it is used in the treatment of some other gynecological conditions as well. Regarding the CA 125 test, it is often used to follow women who have already been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. In these cases, the CA-125 is a very good indicator of whether a patient is responding to treatment, and whether a patient remains in remission after treatment. However, the CA-125 is not a good test to screen healthy women for ovarian cancer. The test may also be done if a woman has symptoms or findings on ultrasound that suggest ovarian cancer.

I had the CA 125 yrs ago. My Dr ordered it because on this test, the blood is tested for more than just the ordinary test required. He wasn't looking for cancer, but he said, the only cancer it MAY show, would be leukemia because of the white blood count. It's easy enough to rule out leukemia from an infection. With an infection, the abundance of white cells detected would be healthy, mature white cells. With leukemia, a person would show an abundance of immature white blood cells. So, That's it. Blessings

I had fibroids myself but my OB-GYN felt those with an ordinary internal. they're always benign
