No it does not lead to cancer. It only means they are seen. If they were abnormal they would have said so. Your doctor should have gone over your results with you.

all they r saying is the lymph nodes under both ur armpitts are seen this deffinatly doesnt necassarily meen u have cancer many lymph nodes are seen even inlarged by many things for instance my sons lymph node on the side of his neck gets the size of a golf ball when his allergies flare up and can be seen by just looking at him they were just mentioning that they are there and if nothing negative is said about them prob are just mentioning that they r seen im sure if there was something they would call when reprt read and have u come to office right away i would just wait and see what dr says and not get to anxious about it no clusters is good if u r real worried call ur dr office and tell them u would like for the dr to call u back in his free time but on that day u call not three days later tell them why the nurse might answer ur question but prob not just cause they cannot give results with out approval of dr. good luck and stay healthy

Axillary means under arm and Bilaterally means to two pictures takes laterally. They can see the Axillary nodes in comparison.

relax, it means that the nodes under both the arms were screened and inspected in different angles and there are no irregularities. You do not have any thing there other than normal tissues.
